Job summary

Brentwood Infoscribe Pvt, Ltd. is seeking an experienced Head of Operations to lead LV switchgear and panel-building activities in Muscat. You will oversee engineers, supervisors, wiremen, and technicians to ensure safe, on-time delivery aligned with IEC standards.

Ideal candidates hold a B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years in LV switchgear, including 3-5 years in top management. Gulf/Middle East experience is preferred; relocation to Muscat is required.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech./Diploma in Electrical Engineering required.
• 10+ years in LV Switchgear / Panel Building.
• 3-5 years as Head/Factory Manager/Operations Manager.
• Strong knowledge of busbar calculation, GA drawings, SLD and component selection (ABB, Schneider, Siemens).
• Gulf / Middle East experience preferred.
• Willing to relocate to Muscat, Oman immediately.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end factory operations for LV Switchgear Panel Building.
• Manage production of PCC MCC APFC and Synchronizing Panels.
• Plan production manpower shifts and resource allocation.
• Control operational budget costs and P&L performance.
• Ensure on-time delivery, quality and safety compliance as per IEC standards.
• Lead team of Engineers, Supervisors, Wiremen and Technicians.
• Implement Lean 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with Design, Stores, Procurement and Projects teams.
• Handle client technical discussions and project delivery.
• Report operational performance to senior management.

• Proven leadership in managing large shop-floor teams
• Gulf / Middle East experience preferred
• Willing to relocate to Muscat, Oman immediately
