Job summary

Confidential Company in Muscat seeks an experienced Joinery Production Manager to oversee daily operations of carpentry and joinery units across multiple projects. The role requires a Bachelor’s or Diploma in engineering with GCC license and 10–15 years of leadership in a joinery environment.

You will manage a 50-member team, drive safety, optimize production, and coordinate with supply chain to ensure timely material availability and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma engineering, manufacturing, or related field; GCC driving license mandatory.
• 10–15 years of joinery and carpentry manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience in production, assembling, polishing of joinery units.
• Estimate and manage the budget for the entire joinery production process.
• Manage subcontracts and ensure on-time production.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production and operation of carpentry and joinery units for multiple projects.
• Prepare the cutting list for joinery units and ensure production on time.
• Review and understand drawings and specifications for joinery production.
• Lead a diverse team of 50 members with a culture of safety and accountability.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to assess operational performance and drive improvements.
• Coordinate with supply chain and procurement to secure materials and maintain inventory within budget.
