Job summary

Aquanav in Al Buraymi, Oman, seeks an experienced Chef specializing in Indian cuisine to join the kitchen leadership. You will create authentic dishes and uphold high standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities include menu planning, inventory control, training staff, and collaborating with management on budgeting. Fluency in English is required; other languages are a plus. This on-site role offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Indian cuisine.
Excellent knowledge of Indian cooking techniques, spices, and ingredients.
Ability to create unique and flavorful dishes while maintaining consistency.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff.
Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is an asset).
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Degree or certification in Culinary Arts is preferred.

Responsibilities
