Job summary

Work standard in Khasab, Oman, is seeking a talented Head Chef to oversee our high-end kitchen. You will lead the kitchen team, craft innovative menus, and ensure the highest quality and presentation of every dish served.

Head Chef

We are in search of a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team at our high-end restaurant in Khasab. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the kitchen operations, creating new menus, and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff
• Create and develop new menus that align with our restaurant's concept
• Ensure all food is prepared and presented according to established standards
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, safety, and sanitation procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant setting
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience/training preferred
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques, cuisines, and food safety regulations
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Salary: We are offering a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this position.
