Job summary

2coms is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman/Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities in Oman. You will manage workers, read drawings, and ensure work aligns with plans and quality standards.

The role requires 5+ years in construction with Gulf experience, and basic Arabic and English communication. Mobility between project sites and reporting to the Executive Manager are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction.
• Gulf Experience mandatory.
• Construction/site supervision experience.
• Basic Arabic and English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day construction site activities.
• Allocate and manage workers according to project requirements.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and technical plans.
• Ensure construction work is executed as per approved drawings.
• Estimate and calculate required construction materials.
• Monitor workforce productivity and maintain discipline at the site.
• Coordinate with workers and management to ensure smooth workflow.
• Travel between multiple project sites when required.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports to the Executive Manager.
• Complete assigned work within project timelines.
