Job summary

• Ensure menus are current, clean, and readily available; maintain cleanliness of work areas.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, safety, and guest well‑being; follow safety and company policies.
• Maintain professional appearance and protect company assets; communicate with team using clear language.
