Base360.ai is seeking a Growth Marketer to help us reach B2C brands and convert awareness into signups, leads, and customers. This hands-on, entrepreneurial role lets you own a growth channel or work across several, with rapid experimentation, AI-powered tools, and a fast-learning environment.

You will build funnels and landing pages that convert, run campaigns across paid, SEO, outbound, and content, and track outcomes to drive scalable growth.

Responsibilities

• Own a growth channel end to end and report results.
• Generate leads and drive signups across paid, SEO, outbound and referrals.
• Run rapid experiments on hooks, audiences, funnels, and offers.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, copy, targeting and automation.
• Collaborate with the founder on positioning and growth priorities.
