Job summary

Base360.ai is seeking a Growth Marketer to help our AI-powered operating system win B2C brands globally. You’ll own growth channels end to end, generate leads and signups, run fast experiments, and build funnels that convert, using AI where it gives you an edge.

You’ll work closely with the founder in a hands-on, entrepreneurial setting, turning data into action across paid, SEO, outbound, content, and lifecycle marketing.

Qualifications

• Able to own growth channel end-to-end and drive results.
• Experience across paid ads, SEO, outbound, content, lifecycle or marketing to B2C brands is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own a growth channel end to end and set strategy, run campaigns, and report results.
• Generate leads and drive signups; build motions across paid, SEO, outbound and referrals.
• Run rapid experiments, test hooks, audiences, funnels, and offers; scale what works.
• Apply AI to research, copy, targeting, automation, and speed.
• Build converting funnels and landing pages; monitor metrics and optimize.
