Job summary

Muscat University invites applications for a Graduate Teaching Assistant in the Faculty of Business and Management. The role is predominantly teaching-focused, supporting delivery of postgraduate, undergraduate foundation and executive programmes and engaging in student supervision and research activities.

Qualifications

Candidates should have demonstrable teaching experience in business and management
Experience supervising undergraduate and postgraduate projects is preferred
Engagement in research activities and academic writing is desirable

Responsibilities

Assist in teaching across undergraduate and postgraduate modules in business and management
Supervise student projects, dissertations, and case studies
Engage in research with supervisors to support faculty goals
Collaborate on grants, research collaborations, and funding initiatives
Participate in curriculum development, assessment design, and graduate supervision
Support community engagement and external outreach activities
