Job summary

Employment is seeking a Traffic Management Supervisor to oversee the movement of GPMS-prepositioned cargo by land, air, and sea. You will train staff, establish outbound and inbound planning, and ensure ITV using multiple logistics systems to support DTS operations.

You will supervise planning, monitor shipments for accuracy, and ensure compliance with ITAR, hazardous materials rules, and QMS. Strong data accuracy and coordination with contractors are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in Traffic Management (TMO)/Air Freight operations.
• HAZMAT Certification required or ability to obtain it upon acceptance.
• Must possess a valid home country driver’s license and ability to obtain host nation credentials.

Responsibilities

• Schedules work priorities based on daily Traffic Management Operations and taskers from GPMS, ECA, PCO, and ACO.
• Develops training plans and supervises personnel using automated systems to process freight and provide in-transit visibility.
• Inspects documents and data: TCNs, TACs, consignor/consignee codes, and hazardous materials.
• Prepares shipping documents and movement requests for international and domestic shipments.
• Ensures compliance with ITAR, SOW, and QMS; maintains logs and records.
