Job summary

The Traffic Management Supervisor will oversee the work activities of Traffic Management personnel responsible for moving GPMS-Prepositioned cargo by land, air and sea. You will train staff, implement outbound and receiving planning, and ensure in-transit visibility using LTS, CMOS, GATES and other tracking systems.

The role requires ensuring ITAR compliance, completing required courses, and maintaining QMS standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight timelines and coordinate multi-stakeholder tasks.

Responsibilities

• Schedules work priorities based on daily Traffic Management operations.
• Develops training plans and supervises personnel using automated systems.
• Ensures accuracy of shipping data (TCN, TAC, codes) and ITAR compliance.
• Prepares shipping documents and manifests for CMOS/GATES/IBS.
• Manages 463L pallets, nets, and WPM custody and inventory.
• Coordinates with carriers for transport and ensures safety and regulatory compliance.
