MENA HR Solutions LLC (IBD Group) seeks an experienced leader to drive strategic distribution and supply chain initiatives across the Group. You will plan, coordinate and implement programs to develop a scalable distribution model, assessing current operations and guiding consolidation and optimization efforts.

The role covers warehousing, transportation, fleet management, inventory, route-to-market, and logistics technology, with responsibilities across multiple business units and markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Logistics, IE, OM, Eng, or related field.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred for senior roles.
• Professional certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2/APICS/ASCM/CILT are advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage strategic distribution and supply chain projects.
• Assess existing distribution operations and identify optimization opportunities.
• Lead projects across warehousing, transportation, fleet, inventory, route-to-market, and logistics technology.
• Develop an integrated, efficient, scalable distribution model.
