Job summary

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop pricing structures, and advance digitalization initiatives to boost profitability, loyalty and retention in domestic and international markets. Fluent English is required; Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, marketing, or management is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or engineering or marketing.
• 10+ years of experience in the polymer industry and marketing.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Deep knowledge of pricing, market intelligence and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of global marketing strategies and pricing initiatives for polymer products.
• Enhancing customer experience and driving loyalty across domestic and international markets.
• Leading segmentation, channel strategy, and performance reporting to improve profitability.
• Provide market intelligence to support pricing and business planning decisions.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with sales, finance and operations to execute marketing plans.
