Job summary

Amouage International FZ LLC in Muscat is seeking a Manager – Fixed Assets & Asset Control to oversee end-to-end asset tracking, valuation, and compliance across the group. You will maintain asset registers in D365 F&O, manage capitalization and disposals, and ensure IFRS alignment.

The role requires travel to international sites, strong attention to detail, and collaboration with IT and finance teams to safeguard asset integrity and support audits.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of fixed asset accounting/asset control experience.
• Strong IFRS knowledge (IAS 16, IAS 38, IAS 36).
• Experience with ERP (Dynamics 365 F&O) for asset accounting.
• Willingness to travel internationally for asset verification.
• Strong accuracy and reconciliation skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fixed asset records in ERP (D365 F&O) across the group.
• Manage asset master data (location, cost center, useful life, depreciation method, custodian, entity).
• Process depreciation and post to GL across entities.
• Maintain intangible asset register and ensure amortization.
• Coordinate asset tagging, verification, and disposals.
• Plan periodic physical verification and reconcile with asset registers.
• Travel internationally for on-site asset verification at locations.
