Job summary

ISFC, a transforming seafood company, seeks a Finance Director to lead financial strategy, governance and global profitability. You will oversee Treasury, FP&A, costing, tax, ERP finance systems and risk management while supporting export growth and capital investment.

The role reports to the CEO and drives a robust finance function across finance, treasury, management accounting and ERP implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Commerce.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, ACA or CMA required.
• MBA or Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the corporate financial strategy aligned with ISFC's transformation roadmap.
• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and long-range plans.
• Manage liquidity, banking relationships and financing facilities.
• Develop standard costing for tuna and sardine operations.
• Ensure IFRS compliance and strengthen internal controls.
• Partner with Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain on pricing and profitability.
• Build a high-performing finance team with succession planning.
