Job summary

ISFC, a transforming seafood cannery, seeks a Finance Director to lead financial strategy, governance and profitability. You will oversee Finance, Treasury, FP&A, Costing, Tax, Internal Controls and ERP systems while supporting export growth and capital investment.

The role reports to the CEO. The ideal candidate has 15+ years in finance with at least 7 years in senior leadership, preferably in seafood, FMCG, manufacturing or food processing, and strong experience with international exports and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Commerce.
Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, ACA or CMA required.
MBA or Master's degree preferred.
15+ years of finance experience with at least 7 years in senior leadership.
Experience in seafood, FMCG, manufacturing or food processing preferred.
Strong experience with international exports, ERP systems and board reporting.

Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership and governance across the organization.
Lead budgeting, rolling forecasts and long-range plans with actionable insights.
Oversee treasury, banking relationships, funding and capital decisions.
Drive cost manufacturing finance, standard costing and profitability analysis.
Ensure IFRS compliance, internal controls and risk management.
Partner with Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain on pricing and investments.
Build and mentor a high-performing finance team and succession plan.
