Saudi Aramco is seeking a Manufacturing Performance Expert for Global Manufacturing Excellence (GME). You will enhance downstream assets' performance, coordinate with asset teams, and analyze data to drive long‑term value.

You will develop standardized methodologies, dashboards, and reporting tools, benchmark against industry leaders, and present insights to asset teams and leadership to guide decisions across the downstream portfolio.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with knowledge in finance or business administration.
• 10 years in asset management or related downstream oil & gas roles.
• Experience in benchmarking and performance management frameworks (e.g., Solomon or RAM).
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing high-level stakeholder relationships.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and build relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Act as central point of contact for asset teams and coordinate with GME and assets.
• Design standardized methodologies to collect, maintain, analyze, and present asset performance data.
• Build and maintain relationships with asset teams across Saudi Aramco Downstream portfolio assets.
• Monitor and coordinate information requests, assessments, and site visits between GME and assets.
• Collect, track and provide asset data and performance metrics; identify improvement opportunities.
• Identify and manage risks related to asset performance.
• Prepare presentations and reports to communicate GME programs to asset teams and leadership.
• Analyze financial and operational performance of downstream assets and benchmarking against industry leaders.
• Create and maintain models for reporting and conduct full potential assessments.
