Saudi Aramco is seeking a Maintenance Engineering Specialist to join the Maintenance Solution Department (MSD) under Global Manufacturing Excellence. The role focuses on developing maintenance programs, evaluating performance, and driving improvements across facilities within the Global Manufacturing network.

You will lead data-driven analyses, benchmark maintenance effectiveness, review KPI trends, and collaborate with engineering and vendor teams to optimize spare parts and budgeting

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering from a recognized and approved program.
• High degree of technical competence in maintenance programs and practices.
• Experience with risk-based processes such as Reliability-Centered Maintenance & Risk Based Maintenance.
• Experience with TotalProductive Maintenance.
• Strong hands-on experience with Spare Parts and Materials procurement strategies.
• Best-in-class Maintenance Planning, Scheduling and Work Prioritization.
• Experience in maintenance budgeting and spending control methodologies.
• Experience in field maintenance methodologies, processes, and procedures.
• Experience with CMMS such as SAP.

Responsabilités

• Develop maintenance processes, maintenance management strategy and conduct Maintenance health assessment as per requirements.
• Conduct data driven analyses to benchmark maintenance performance and identify gaps.
• Analyze facilities’ maintenance performance to establish reference baselines and reporting.
• Review maintenance reporting mechanisms and KPIs and provide recommendations.
• Analyze maintenance spending on manpower, equipment, materials procurement and outsourcing.
• Assist in implementing approved programs such as TPRM or GM reliability model.
• Develop methods for handling new situations in maintenance fields including various equipment.
• Design alternative parts or systems with engineering and vendor input.
• Represent AMSD on committees and task groups.
• Recommend work that can be economically assigned to contractors.
