Job summary

Chanel is seeking a Dynamics 365 Business Analyst to join the D365 Solution Centre, supporting the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for core Finance and Operations processes (O2C, S2P, R2R). You will translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, own FDDs, and work with global teams to ensure a best‑of‑breed architecture and seamless data flows across ERP systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
2-5 years of work experience with Microsoft D365 (Finance – Supply Chain module preferred).
Acquaintance with system design and integration.
Familiarity with other Dynamics 365 modules (CRM, HR, SCM) and/or other finance or supply chain apps is a plus.
Fluent in English and French.

Responsibilities

Design and document Finance/Operations processes in D365 and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Own Functional Design Documents (FDD) including integration with other systems and overall ecosystem.
Define data flow mapping (interfaces) and integration principles.
Define and execute SAT/SIT test plans and prepare test datasets, supporting SIT/UAT defect triage.
Setups and configurations of the system; support go-live cutover and data migration.
Provide post go-live hypercare and capture improvements for backlog prioritisation.
Create clear, detailed, auditable documentation for end-users and administrators.
