Job summary

Nagarro is seeking a motivated individual in Oman to focus on Generative AI development involving hands-on implementation, integration, and learning-by-delivery. The candidate should have a strong foundation in Python and experience with ML/AI models, primarily in developing enterprise solutions.

The ideal applicant should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer or Data Science and have at least 12 years of AI/ML experience, including practical exposure to projects. This position involves collaborating with senior engineers to build RAG-based solutions and improve existing pipelines.

Qualifications

• 12 years of experience in AI/ML, including internships and projects.
• Exposure to at least one end-to-end ML/GenAI project.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building RAG-based GenAI solutions for enterprise use cases.
• Develop Python-based services/APIs integrating LLMs.
• Support data preprocessing, embeddings, and retrieval pipelines.
• Contribute to model deployment and integration tasks.
• Debug and improve existing pipelines under supervision.
• Work closely with senior engineers to understand production constraints.

Skills

Python (data handling, APIs, scripts)

Understanding of APIs, Docker, or deployment workflows

Exposure to deploying ML/AI models

Understanding of embeddings, retrieval flow

Hands-on exposure through projects

Experience working with GPT/Llama APIs

Structuring prompts and evaluating outputs

Familiarity with FAISS / Chroma / Pinecone

Core ML Fundamentals
