Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Fuels Manager/Alternate Site Manager to lead the FUELS department supporting USAFCENT requirements. The role oversees asset control, storage, maintenance, inspections, and deployment, ensuring quality and compliance while coordinating with site teams.

You will supervise a small team, manage shifts for 24/7 operations, and travel to various locations. A technical degree with relevant experience is required, plus the ability to obtain SECRET clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Technology/Engineering required or equivalent.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum six years in fuels hydrant operations and bulk petroleum storage terminals.
• Minimum three years in logistics, project/operations/facilities management.
• Two years supervisory experience in fuel hydrants operations with environmental compliance.
• Must obtain SECRET US Government Clearance.
• Willingness to travel and operate in multiple locations worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between Amentum sites and USAFCENT on FUELS issues.
• Oversee reconstitution and preservation plans for FUELS per PWS.
• Track deployments and ensure timely asset delivery.
• Provide management reports and briefings to leadership.
• Develop and revise FUELS SOPs, Work Instructions, and Training Plans.
• Perform Site Manager duties in absence and supervise staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
