Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Fruits & Vegetables Supervisor for its Hypermarket Oman to ensure freshness, quality and availability. You will lead the section, drive promotions, monitor pricing and maintain high standards of customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in a supervisory fruits & vegetables or retail setting. You will manage stock, control waste and coach team members to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience in fruits & vegetables or retail.
• Strong knowledge of produce quality and freshness management.
• Experience in inventory control, waste reduction, and merchandising.
• Excellent leadership and customer service skills with a results-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the fruits and vegetables section.
• Monitor assortment, pricing and promotions to boost sales.
• Control stock levels, replenishment and deliveries to minimize OOS.
• Reduce waste and shrinkage through rotation and quality checks.
• Identify slow-moving items and implement promos.
• Ensure merchandising standards, planograms and pricing accuracy.
• Lead and develop the team to deliver excellent service and targets.
