Job summary

Steel Force Trading in Oman is seeking a forklift operator to safely load, move, and unload goods within the warehouse and yard. You will operate forklifts, inspect equipment daily, and collaborate with the logistics team to fulfill orders while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Nationality: Omani (Mandatory, in line with Omanization policy).
• Secondary school education or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within trading or construction materials sector.
• Valid Oman Forklift Operator License (Required).
• Basic proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English and/or Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and related material-handling equipment to load unload and move products within the warehouse and yard.
• Safely transport building materials power tools hand tools construction materials hardware and industrial items to designated locations.
• Inspect forklift and related equipment daily to ensure safe functioning and report any issues or maintenance needs.
• Stack and organize products and materials in a safe and accessible manner.
• Assist in inventory management by recording and updating movement and storage of goods.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures for material handling involving heavy bulky or hazardous items.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors and logistics team to fulfill order requirements and ensure timely delivery dispatch.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse and material movement areas.
• Support loading unloading operations during inbound and outbound shipments.
• Participate in periodic training and development sessions for equipment and warehouse safety.
