Job summary

Client of 2COMs in Oman is hiring Helpers for construction and site-related work. The candidate will assist skilled workers with material handling, basic site activities, cleaning, and maintaining a safe and organized workplace.

You will support the team, follow site safety rules and procedures, and be prepared to relocate and work in Oman. The role requires physical fitness and willingness to perform manual tasks as part of daily site operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual work.
• Willingness to relocate and work in Oman.

Responsibilities

• Assist skilled workers with construction and site-related activities
• Load, unload, carry and arrange construction materials, tools and equipment
• Support skilled workers with basic preparation, cleaning and material-handling tasks
• Maintain tools, materials and work areas in an organized condition
• Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled workers
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace
• Follow all site safety rules and procedures
• Work cooperatively with team members to complete tasks
