Job summary

Confidential Careers is seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to supervise daily finishing works on a residential construction site. You will manage site workers and subcontractors to ensure work aligns with drawings and specifications.

You will monitor plastering, tiling, painting, gypsum, flooring and joinery, uphold quality and safety standards, and coordinate with engineers to resolve issues and inspect workmanship.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Finishing Foreman in construction projects.
• Villa or residential projects experience preferred.
• Knowledge of finishing materials, methods, and quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and manpower management skills.
