MBRF is seeking a driven Sales Representative to identify and acquire new Food Service and HORECA customers across Oman. You will build a robust sales pipeline, conduct field visits, and tailor offerings to customer needs to drive volume and profitability.

You will manage existing accounts, expand distribution, and present products with customers. A valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively are required for success in this market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2–4 years of sales experience in Food Service, HORECA, or FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of Food Service and HORECA market dynamics.
• Proven track record in new business development and account growth.
• Experience managing sales territories and field activities.
• Valid driving license and willingness to spend significant time in the market.

Responsabilités

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new Food Service and HORECA customers to meet targets.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline for sustainable growth.
• Execute regular customer visits and route plans for territory coverage.
• Develop existing accounts through basket expansion and new product listings.
• Understand customer menus and operations to offer value-added solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, sampling, and customer trials to drive adoption.
• Deliver sales targets across volume, revenue, and gross profit.
