Job summary

Central Bank of Oman is seeking a FinTech Program Executive to lead the National FinTech Innovation Hub. You will own end-to-end operations, drive ideation, incubation, piloting and scaling of FinTech solutions from early concepts to MVPs, and coordinate programs with partners and mentors.

You will provide technical, regulatory, and market guidance, manage daily communications, and ensure initiatives align with regulatory requirements and the National FinTech Strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in FinTech, Finance, Economics, Business Management, Information Systems
• Master's degree or relevant certifications in FinTech, Venture Building, or Financial Regulation preferred
• 5–10 years of professional experience within FinTech ecosystems, digital transformation, startup acceleration, venture building or financial services innovation

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the National FinTech Innovation Hub and oversee onboarding of startups, partners and mentors
• Coordinate the hub's programs, innovation challenges, hackathons, mentorship matchmaking, masterclasses and ecosystem roundtables
• Maintain a high-quality pipeline of fintech startups and ecosystem partners with structured development pathways
• Provide hands-on business and technical guidance to founders, including business models, pricing, financial projections and investor readiness
• Manage partnerships with banks, regulators, universities and international hubs; conduct ongoing fintech trend research
• Enforce regulatory alignment and track KPIs with dashboards; report hub performance and impact
