Job summary

Central Bank of Oman seeks a FinTech Program Executive to lead the National FinTech Innovation Hub, steering end-to-end operations, onboarding fintech startups, partners, and mentors, and guiding MVP-led market introductions.

The role drives incubation, acceleration, and mentorship programs, aligning with regulatory requirements and the National FinTech Strategy, while coordinating stakeholders and measuring impact with dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in FinTech, Finance, Economics, Business Management, Information Systems, or a closely related field.
• Master's degree or certifications in FinTech, Venture Building, or Financial Regulation.
• 5–10 years of professional experience within FinTech ecosystems, digital transformation, startup acceleration, venture building, or financial services innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the National FinTech Innovation Hub.
• Own onboarding journey for fintech startups, corporate partners, and mentors.
• Coordinate innovation challenges, hackathons, mentorship matchmaking, masterclasses, and ecosystem roundtables.
• Maintain an active pipeline of fintech startups, innovators, mentors, investors, and ecosystem partners with structured development paths.
• Drive fintech companies through the idea-to-MVP journey, market validation, pricing, and GTM planning.
• Ensure regulatory alignment and KPI governance with dashboards and reporting.
