Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive, a major division of Al-Futtaim Group, seeks a finance professional to support dealership operations across Sales and Aftersales. You will partner with branch management to provide decision support for budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting and KPI achievement while ensuring strong compliance with company policies.

Key focus areas include cash control, sales accounting, stock and WIP controls, and audits.

Qualifications

• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, P&L, forecasting and MIS reporting capability.
• Good understanding of VAT regulations, tax laws, IFRS and internal control requirements.
• 5-10 years of experience in finance. Chartered Accountant or similar professional finance qualification.
• Analytical, detail-oriented and able to plan, prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly and quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting and SAP uploads for Sales and Aftersales operations.
• Oversee sales accounting, documentation, cash control, refunds, petty cash, daily collections and intercompany reconciliations to ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Review and strengthen stock, debtor, insurance and WIP controls, including physical inventory reconciliation, annual stock counts and timely closure of job cards in line with IFRS requirements.
• Ensure branch adherence to finance SOPs, support internal audit reviews and drive timely implementation of audit recommendations.
• Lead, supervise and develop the branch finance team, while supporting ad hoc reports, business projects and senior management requirements.
