You will read well bore schematics, analyze procedures and oversee equipment preparation, rig up/down, and data collection to support continuous improvement and cost

Responsibilities

• Promote excellent customer relations at the worksite and ensure customer satisfaction with jobs.
• Coordinate and direct the activities of subordinate supervisors, service operators and operator assistants during rig up and rig down.
• Plan and provide instructions to the crew, including data collection and distribution as needed.
• Under supervision, assist with milling, cleanout and TCP operations and with fishing operations as required.
