Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years of tool operations experience.
• Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities involved in maintaining and repairing down-hole equipment and surface equipment.
• Promote services excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Provide guidance and training to less experienced maintenance personnel.
• Assign work to subordinate personnel.
• Schedule equipment to be serviced and maintained daily.
• Ensure safe and efficient execution of maintenance processes.
• Diagnose, repair and perform preventive maintenance on conventional tools and down-hole tools.
• Lead in assembly and disassembly of surface and down-hole tools.
• Assist in evaluating and recommending improvements on equipment based on maintenance history.
