Halliburton Energy Services in Oman seeks an Operator Assistant II for field service tasks. You will support JSA, safety meetings, and rigging up/down HWO equipment, assembling gear for installations, and assisting in operations.

Pre/post inspections and BOP testing are part of daily duties, along with basic math, reading, and communication requirements. The role requires basic training, potential CDL, and a focus on safety and environmental practices in an oilfield setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; typically 6 months experience as Operator Assistant II.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License may be required.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Basic math, reading and writing, plus basic computer skills are required.
• Must complete HWO I training and PSL equipment knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Under supervision, performs Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and safety meetings.
• Rigging up and down HWO service line equipment.
• Assembles and prepares equipment for installation and service; assists in running a job.
• Performs pre/post job inspections on HWO equipment and BOP tests.
• Operates crane and rigging operations during services; monitors well control parameters.
• Drives truck or other assigned equipment as required; maintains housekeeping and prep for next job.
