Zusammenfassung

Nabors is seeking an HSE support professional to provide regulatory health, safety, and environmental assistance for company and sub-contractor personnel at Muscat locations. The role requires travel to operating locations and frequent overnight stays, typically on a 7/7 schedule.

Responsibilities include promoting a proactive safety culture, leading inspections and audits, mentoring staff, and supporting investigations and reporting for near misses and FSA/FAP items.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position or industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• English language skills, excellent communication both written and verbal.
• Must be able to travel as needed.

Aufgaben

• Promote and assist employees in building and engaging in a proactive safety culture.
• Assist management in communicating, implementing and clarifying federal - state regulations, HSE/QMS programs, policies and training requirements.
• Assist facility site leadership with HSE inspections, checklists, audits and behavior based safety compliance requirements.
• Record corrective actions and assist investigations, Near Misses and environmental audits.
