Job summary

AimGulf is seeking a Rigging Specialist for the Ar Rjum Project in Oman. You will provide rigging expertise with work planning and packaging, ensuring safety, quality control, and compliance with project requirements.

In this role you will perform technical inspection and testing knowledge and coordinate with subcontractors to maintain safe, complete rigging activities aligned with standards and schedules.

Job description

The Ar Rjum Project comprises a green field gold project with three open pit mining operations with associated waste dumps and ore stockpile, a processing plant, tailings management facilities, and supporting infrastructure including water supply, power supply, maintenance facilities, offices, temporary and permanent accommodation village.

In this role, you will provide rigging specialization and expertise with work planning and packaging, safety and quality control, technical inspection and testing knowledge, and subcontract coordination. Your recommendations will ensure rigging activities operate safely, are complete, and conform to quality standards and project requirements.
