Job summary

Case in Point Consulting seeks an experienced Feed Mill Manager in Muscat to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure safe, efficient production, and maintain quality and compliance across the plant.

The role requires hands-on knowledge of feed mill systems, equipment, raw materials, formulations, and strong leadership to drive planning, performance metrics, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Animal Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operations of the feed mill to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted production.
• Oversee feed manufacturing processes, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and operational KPIs are achieved.
• Monitor and optimize feed mill systems, equipment, and production performance.
• Ensure the effective utilization of raw materials and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Supervise preventive maintenance activities and coordinate equipment repairs to minimize downtime.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance, food safety, and operational compliance standards.
• Lead production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency.
• Monitor production costs and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
• Prepare operational reports, production analyses, and performance dashboards for management.
• Lead, develop, and mentor production and operations teams while promoting a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in feed mill operations, equipment, production systems, and raw materials, with a proven track record of managing feed manufacturing processes and optimizing plant performance.

• Strong knowledge of feed mill systems, equipment, and production processes.
• Hands-on experience with raw materials, feed ingredients, formulations, and feed manufacturing operations.
