The candidate should have 10+ years in F-16 experience, plus formal instruction and course development background. A&P certification is preferred but not mandatory; security credentials are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years on F-16 systems experience or equivalent.
• Experience in instructional design and course development.
• A&P certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver theoretical and hands-on F-16 training to RAFO technicians.
• Develop syllabi, objectives, and assessments for courses.
• Maintain and update training materials and records.
• Coordinate with RAFO TTS for program requirements and standards.
