Job summary

The Royal Air Force of Oman (RAFO) is seeking an experienced F-16 Advanced Systems Instructor to deliver theoretical classroom instruction and on-aircraft training at Thumrait. This role requires extensive F-16 knowledge and a strong background in advanced avionics/electronics training.

Candidates should have 10+ years on F-16, verifiable instructor training and course development experience. A&P certification and/or aviation degree are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years on F-16 Block 50 experience.
• Verifiable instructor training and course development experience.
• Airframe & Powerplant certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver theoretical classroom instruction and on-aircraft training as applicable.
• Develop and create maintenance instruction courses including syllabi, objectives and assessments.
• Teach RAFO courses such as F-16 familiarization, safety and TO/documentation courses.
• Liaise with Technical Training School and Officer in Charge for program direction.
