Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking a Finance & Treasury professional to oversee banking documentation, BGs/LCs, and forex operations in Muscat. You will coordinate with banks and internal teams to ensure financial control and compliance across diversified operations.

• Proficient in SAP Finance and bank portals; strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage banking documentation, including guarantees (BGs), letters of credit (LCs) and related instruments.
• Coordinate with banks, internal divisions, and management for financial control and compliance across Bahwan Engineering Group’s operations.
• Review facility offer letters, loan docs, and agreements to ensure alignment with company requirements.
• Liaise with banks for various financial transactions and forex dealings.
• Coordinate with Projects, Commercial and Accounts for banking and finance matters.
• Monitor fund utilization, cash flow, and intercompany transfers within approved limits.

Job description

Job Purpose

• To oversee and manage the company s banking financial documentation and corporate finance activities related to guarantees facilities and forex operations
• The role requires close coordination with banks internal divisions and management to ensure efficient financial control and compliance across Bahwan Engineering Group s diversified business operations
• Manage all banking-related activities including issuance renewal and closure of Bank Guarantees BGs Letters of Credit LCs and related instruments
• Review and evaluate banking facility offer letters loan documentation and agreements to ensure alignment with company requirements
• Liaise with banks for various financial transactions credit facilities and forex dealings
• Coordinate with internal divisions such as Projects Commercial and Accounts for banking and finance-related matters
• Monitor fund utilization cash flow and intercompany transfers in line with approved limits
• Oversee forex transactions and ensure effective management of currency exposure
• Maintain accurate financial records and reports through SAP and ensure timely postings and reconciliations
• Operate and manage all banking transactions through online bank portals
• Support internal and external audits with required financial documentation
• Provide periodic MIS reports and analysis to management for financial planning and decision-making
