Qualifications

• Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent degree; 4–8 years in financial and banking functions.
• Experience in corporate banking operations, guarantees facilities, and loan documentation.
• Proficient in SAP Finance and bank portals; strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage banking documentation, including guarantees (BGs), letters of credit (LCs) and related instruments.
• Coordinate with banks, internal divisions, and management for financial control and compliance across Bahwan Engineering Group’s operations.
• Review facility offer letters, loan docs, and agreements to ensure alignment with company requirements.
• Liaise with banks for various financial transactions and forex dealings.
• Coordinate with Projects, Commercial and Accounts for banking and finance matters.
• Monitor fund utilization, cash flow, and intercompany transfers within approved limits.
