Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of Executive Chef experience in a fine dining environment, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of Indian cooking techniques.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff.
• Expertise in Indian cuisine and deep understanding of Indian flavors and cooking techniques.

Responsibilities

• Head of kitchen with responsibility for creating and executing menus.
• Oversee and train kitchen staff, ensure efficient operations and high-quality food standards.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment and liaise with front-of-house.
