Job summary

Aramco is seeking an Estimating Lead to join the Estimating Services Division. The role will prepare, validate, and manage cost estimates for capital projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and alignment with scope, schedule, and contract requirements.

You will lead the estimation process from conceptual to detailed design, identify risks, and help develop contingency plans while ensuring adherence to company standards and WBS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical)
• 10+ years cost estimating experience in oil & gas or industrial sectors
• Experience with conceptual to detailed design estimates and risk assessment

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and validate cost estimates at conceptual, preliminary, and detailed design stages.
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to interpret scope and deliverables.
• Identify specialty items and ensure inclusion in estimates.
• Liaise with execution teams to secure quotations and meet minimum requirements.
• Prepare Estimate Packages with all required documentation and risk registers.
• Participate in gate reviews and develop contingency levels based on complexity.
