Saudi Aramco is seeking a Lead Portfolio Manager to join the Portfolio Management Department. You will act as the designated shareholder representative across portfolio companies, driving post-investment value realization, governance oversight, capital efficiency, and performance accountability.

The role involves developing Value Creation Plans, setting financial and operational targets, monitoring progress, and supporting Aramco-nominated Directors in meetings, ensuring reporting transparency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in PE/Sovereign Wealth Funds/Industrial investments or investment banking with value creation experience.

Responsabilités

• Assess portfolio performance against original investment thesis.
• Identify erosion risks and recommend strategic realignment.
• Provide shareholder-level perspective on long-term positioning.
• Develop and implement Value Creation Plans (VCPs) after investment close.
• Establish measurable targets (EBITDA growth, ROACE, cash generation).
• Monitor implementation and value capture; lead periodic reviews.
• Review reinvestment proposals and capital allocation decisions.
