Entry Level Merchandiser

We are hiring an Entry Level Merchandiser to join our team in Salalah. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing and presenting products in various retail stores to increase sales and brand visibility. Your main duties will include setting up product displays, restocking shelves, monitoring inventory levels, and communicating with store managers to ensure proper product placement.

To excel in this role, you should have strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A passion for retail and a creative eye for product displays is also important. While prior experience is not required, candidates with previous merchandising or customer service experience will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up product displays in retail stores according to company guidelines
• Restock shelves and ensure products are properly labeled and priced
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with store managers for replenishment
• Build positive relationships with store staff to ensure proper product placement
• Resolve any issues or complaints from customers regarding products or displaysConduct market research on consumer trends and competitor products
• Provide feedback on sales performance and suggest improvements for product placement
