Job description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Salalah As a Merchandiser you will be responsible for planning and implementing product displays in retail stores ensuring that products are presented in an attractive and appealing manner to increase sales

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop merchandising strategies that align with company goals
• Determine the best placement of products in stores based on sales data and customer demand
• Create eye-catching displays to attract customers attention and increase product visibility
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
• Conduct regular store visits to assess the effectiveness of displays and make necessary adjustments
• Train store staff on product knowledge and proper merchandising techniques
• Keep track of competitors merchandising strategies and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
• Strong knowledge of retail operations including inventory management and visual merchandising techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Must have a valid visa for working in Salalah

Salary

The salary for this position is 1300$ per month
