You will work to implement plans, monitor displays, and collaborate with sales and visual teams to optimize stock and promotions. Flexible hours may be required and basic warehouse tasks could be involved.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree or certificate in retail or merchandising preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in merchandising.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with store managers and staff to ensure effective communication and execution of merchandising plans.
