Location: Salalah, Oman

We are hiring a Retail Merchandiser to join our team in Salalah, Oman. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and marketed in an attractive and organized manner to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement effective merchandising strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to make informed decisions on product placement and pricing
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional campaigns and events to drive product awareness
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure products are properly stocked on shelves at all times

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this full-time position. In addition, you will have the opportunity for growth within our company.
