Qualifications

• Native-level English (C1/C2) proficiency and excellent communication skills.
• Interest in sales development, enterprise sales, or outbound prospecting.
• Comfort with making cold calls and engaging with stakeholders at various levels.
• Results-driven mindset with the discipline to maintain high activity.
• Resilience and a positive attitude when handling rejection and challenging conversations.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured outbound prospecting campaigns to generate qualified leads across European markets.
• Research target companies and identify decision-makers and key stakeholders.
• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for Account Executives to advance the pipeline.
• Support meetings with effective follow-up and handover to sales.
• Maintain accurate prospect data and activity history in CRM.
• Monitor outreach performance and work toward defined sales targets.
• Share insights to improve lead generation and outbound messaging across markets.
• Collaborate with an international sales team to drive high performance.
