Job summary

Dhofar Cement Company is seeking a skilled E & I Sr Electrician Supervisor to lead electrical and instrumentation maintenance at our cement plant. You will ensure equipment reliability and support smooth plant operations by coordinating with production and maintenance teams.

The role emphasizes supervising electrical/Instrumentation activities, developing preventive schedules, and troubleshooting PLCs, VFDs, and power distribution while planning shutdowns and spares to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in the cement industry.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting ability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities for kiln, ball mill, packing plant, and auxiliaries.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for electrical, instrumentation, and PLC systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical field instruments, PLC, VFDs, and power distribution issues.
• Ensure minimal downtime and improve reliability.
• Plan for necessary spares for equipment under responsibility.
• Plan shutdown work, engage and supervise the electrical team.
• Coordinate with production and mechanical departments.
