The successful candidate will draft and negotiate contracts, support substantial purchasing functions, advise on internal policies, and mentor staff.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Law degree minimum; Master preferred.
• Admitted to practice before the highest court.
• 7+ years progressive experience in a sophisticated law firm or corporation.
• Experience with commercial contracts and general corporate matters.
• Experience in downstream chemicals and retail sectors.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills; mentorship ability.

Aufgaben

• Serve as corporate secretary for one or more entities with board governance support.
• Advise on shareholder issues and interface between entities and parent/affiliates.
• Collaborate with internal Downstream clients on contracting and purchasing.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, O&M and service agreements, and related deals.
• Advise on internal policies, resolve claims, and train personnel on legal matters.
