Job summary

Confidential is seeking a senior QA/QC leader to oversee the renewal of quality certifications and the implementation of robust quality management systems across civil, electrical, and mechanical projects. You will coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal teams to ensure all processes meet rigorous standards and client requirements.

The role requires extensive experience in quality management, IRCA/ASQ certification, and superb leadership with Arabic and English fluency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
• IRCA Lead Auditor Certification (ISO 9001:2015) or ASQ CMQ/OE, CQA, or CQE.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Quality Certifications Renewal Process with certification bodies.
• Oversee quality system implementation and control across projects.
• Develop and execute comprehensive quality management plans for each project.
• Organize training programs on quality protocols for personnel.
• Coordinate with consultants and clients to meet quality expectations.
• Collaborate with developers and project managers to integrate quality measures.
• Conduct and oversee inspections on construction sites and within disciplines.
• Lead audits and address findings with project QA/QC teams.
• Review client feedback to drive quality improvements.
• Develop documentation and bidding system processes to streamline workflows.
